Reservations and payments
To formalize a reservation, 50% of the total amount of the reservation must be paid in advance. The customer will be informed via e-mail of the different payment methods to pay the advance payment. The remaining 50% of the amount will be paid at the time of Check-in (boarding time).
Diesel fuel will be paid at the end of the rental period. Depending on the established navigation, the captain reserves the right to request an advance payment in the form of a deposit.
Cancellations by the customer
If the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to the day of boarding, 100% of the reservation amount will be refunded. For reservations cancelled between 15 and 7 days prior to boarding, 50% of the amount will be refunded. For reservations cancelled less than 7 days in advance, the reservation fee will not be refunded.
Any cancellation or modification must be made by sending an e-mail to info@ibizanorthcharter.com or by calling the telephone number provided in the reservation confirmation e-mail. The day of the reservation, the customer’s data and the boat requested must be identified.
Cancellations due to weather conditions
The activity is conditioned by the weather. The company reserves the right to cancel the rental reservation if it considers that the weather conditions are not optimal to enjoy a great day. The total amount paid will be refunded or an agreement will be reached with the client to move the rental date.
Cancellations by Ibiza North Charter
In case of cancellation due to boat breakdown or unavailability of the skipper, the total amount of the deposit will be refunded to the client, or a change of departure date will be agreed upon, if the client so desires.
